I have booked this place for 2 nights to go skying. The place is very close to the slopes- 2min driving. The cottage is very clean and it is renovated inside. Very spacious with a large dining table. We had an amazing view we could see the slopes from the living room. Fireplace is very nice to have in winter. Very good experience we will return

We had about 25 family members come to enjoy a cottage weekend here. This place was perfect. The host made the booking process straightforward and easy. We were priced very fairly. From moment we stepped into the place, everything felt perfect. The place was very clean and modern with a luxurious feel. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from both units. Village access was only about three minutes away by car. You could probably walk it, but it was too cold for us to do that. All of my family members enjoyed this place very much. There was enough room and parking space for everyone and there was something to do for everybody. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinners everyday! The place was well stocked with games and a ping-pong table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us an early check-in with a late checkout. He was readily available to answer any questions by text. Check out was smooth. Thank you so much to the lovely hosts for a very memorable weekend that we will never forget!!!

I was pleased with the cleanliness of our rental. I am very particular and have high expectations that facilities are clean—this unit exceeded my expectations. Especially because we made use of the kitchen, I was glad to cook in a clean environment. Furnishings are practical, comfortable and well maintained. I also appreciated how well insulated the building was. Large windows provide stunning views of the ski slopes, but you never feel any cold seeping in from the outside. Well thought out space and very clean. Thank you.

We stayed here with a large group and had an amazing time. The cottage is spacious, bright, and open, which made it easy for everyone to hang out together without feeling cramped. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was cozy with plenty of seating. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The property itself was peaceful and surrounded by nature — a great spot to relax but still close to nearby attractions. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable place for a group getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Hosted a bachelor party over the weekend here, and it was the perfect prime location. We were close to the spa, golf course, and all the in town breweries. This place had everything we needed as well; beds, sauna, ping pong and a perfect size tv and enough room for everyone. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, it had everything that we needed, was extremely clean and loved up to everything that was promised.

Nice, clean home, easily walkable to Blue Mountain Village, great response times from owner, less than 10 drive into town for supplies, shopping and entertainment, lots of parking and nice view of slopes from second floor large windows and deck.

We spent the night for our annual team retreat and it was perfect! They even had their Christmas tree up which was nice for photos. Highly recommend d and would definitely stay here again !

We rented three chalets for a large group and were impressed by how spacious they were. The chalets were exceptionally clean, conveniently close to each other, and easy to access. The view was amazing, and they’re also very close to Blue Mountain Village, which was a huge plus. Paul was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the booking process smooth. We had an amazing long weekend at this cottage. This cottage had more than enough space for our 14 guests. The living room and kitchen is so spacious with lots of natural light. Literally, the only things we needed to bring were own towels, clothes, toothbrushes and paste. Blue Mountain village was only a 10 min walk. We would definitely recommend this cottage and look forward to staying here again!

Our overall experience at Blue Mountain Chalet was fantastic! It was super easy to find and get inside, thanks to the clear instructions provided. Paul was an excellent host—very responsive and attentive to our needs, even allowing us to check in a couple of hours earlier than originally planned, which made our arrival even smoother.
The cottage was spotless, the linens were fresh, and everything was exactly as advertised. We felt right at home during our stay. Unfortunately, the pouring rain prevented us from taking advantage of the outdoor amenities like the tennis court, but the cozy indoor setting more than made up for it.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway! We definitely plan on coming back.

The cottage was great and is a nice short walk to the village which made it easy to plan activities and outings. The host was very responsive and helpful and overall I had no issues with setting everything up and the stay.
I think the upstairs could have some sort of curtains or blinds on the windows for privacy but every surrounding cottage had them and would keep them closed. Privacy was not an issue as they had blinds but it would have been nice to have some control over that ourselves. That being said this was not an issue ever for us and we had an amazing time. This is the only critique I would have and it is not a major concern at all.
Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at blue mountain.

I stayed at the arlberg location and it was amazing paul the attendee helped my accommodation run very smooth and I appreciate all his help The place it self the location was ok would be even better if it had more of an outdoor area but the inside of the house made up for it! Everything inside was so clean and brand new felt so nice not like renting one of these old chalets crawling with bugs everywere this place was very modernized I really enjoyed my stay here as it was probably the cleanest and modern chalets I ever been to in the blue mountain and I have stayed at many here Bathrooms were very clean and up to date The bbq were amazing the natural gas line really helps and the bbq gril it self was very clean The only thing was the out door deck could've been a bit longer and connecting to the other deck it had and we rented both chalets a door would've been nice to walk through both of the chalets and they could lock it when separate rentals ... a hot tub would set this place over the charts if they were to every put one ! Otherwise amazing place and I would definitely book here again Thanks paul for your accommodations!! Your a great host

Paul was great at giving instructions and was very flexible. The property is spacious and ideal for a big group. The kitchen is well-equipped, just as advertised.
Additionally, it's within walking distance of Blue Mountain Village, which saves you money on parking. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Excellent choice for large groups. There were 11 people and two dogs in our party. There’s a dog park a block away which was very convenient! Not far from the slopes at all. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Everything we needed to cook our meals. Paul was fantastic at answering our emails. AAA+ Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to enjoy NYE with family and friends!! We had a fabulous view of the hill for the fireworks and the common space is just perfect for a group.

It is a great location not far from the ski hill only a thirteen minute walk. Everything in the house worked as expected and even with one small hiccup our hosts made sure we reached a simple resolution. I couldn’t be happier with our choice. We will definitely rent this space again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway for families with young kids. Plenty of room to sleep, eat, and hang out, though we spent most of our time at Blue Mountain Village, which is located a 3-min drive away. The kitchen had enough cutlery, dishes and cups for our group and everything was very clean. As other guests have said, you can hear the water in the pipes in the basement rooms, but we weren’t bothered by it. The basement was a little cool at night, but the duvets that were provided kept us warm. Overall, a great place for a large group looking to enjoy activities at Blue Mountain.

The place itself was fantastic. The location is great; it has some great breweries near by that are within 10 min drive! The Blue Mountain Villages are within a 10 min walk with some great spots for food and drinks. The chalet itself was in great shape. The chalet comes with all the stuff you need for a weekend getaway, a bachelor/ette party, or any other occasion! You are very close to the ski hill that provides skiing during the winter and biking during the other months.
All in all, the place provides a great spot for friends and family to get together and enjoy!

Our group of 16 had a great stay here! The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The sauna was a great way to end our snowboarding days. You will need to bring your own towels. It would be ideal if the washrooms had additional towel rails or hooks.
A couple rooms in the basement were a little noisy at night everytime someone flushed the toilet or used the taps upstairs. We could hear water rushing down the pipes.
The host is very accommodating and responsive to all my emails. Thank you so much for the great memories created here!

I stayed with a big group over the Family Day weekend and it was a lovely but interesting stay. The place is gorgeous, super clean, accurate to its listing, and wasn't too far of a drive to Blue Mountain. I absolutely adored the living room and kitchen area with its high ceilings and big windows. My group enjoyed the fireplace, big dining table, and the ping ping table in the basement.
Unfortunately, the hot water tank broke Saturday afternoon and on top of that, the weather that weekend was very windy, snowy, and cold. But the communication with Paul and Peter was top-notch! They were able to send out an HVAC technician for Sunday and after determining the hot water tank was indeed broken, they made arrangements at a hotel for us to be able to shower. They also gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience which my group really appreciated it.
I would definitely stay here again especially with such wonderful communication with the hosts! Thank you!

Beautiful property, pictures don’t always do justice - the picnic table in the photograph is actually a very impressive (and comfy) piece of furniture. On the few occasions there was any need to communicate with him, Paul responded within minutes. A great spot from which to challenge the mountain OR to just sit back & chill.

Overall, we had a great stay at this Air Bnb! This location is super close to the Blue Mountain Village (less than 5 min drive from the Village). Host had amazing and quick communication and kitchen is well stocked with pots/ pants/ cooking utensils (although you will need to bring your own ground coffee). The playground is also less than a 3 min walk from the AirBnB.
Beds and linens were clean although it does get a tad cold in the winter. We had to message the host to turn up the heat for us since the thermostat is locked. He was quick to reply and turned it up for us instantly!
A few things to note:
1) You will need to bring your own shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. It was quite limited as it was mainly Old Spice shampoo/ wash that was offered.
2) There are no railings for the top bunk beds
3) Bring your own foldable chair if you have a baby/ toddler with you so you can strap in the baby booster seat
4) Bring your own ground coffee for the coffee machine

Amazing place

Great chalet on a corner lot which meant tons of parking. We could see the mountains from our balcony which was stunning and we were right across from a huge field which meant space to play games and hangout outside. The upstairs living area/kitchen was great for our big group and the rooms were clean and lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome chalet - had a great weekend with a bunch of my friends, and the hill was right near our chalet so all the better. 10/10 would do again.

Large chalet for our group of 14. Never felt crowded. Games in basement were a bonus for the kids. Large kitchen table and deck / patio were well appreciated. The wall mounted AC unit was not able to cool the whole chalet. Great location for Blue mountain.

Amazing chalet - the location is very good and we enjoyed staying there. One of guests mentioned that the sheets are really clean. The keypad is really useful especially for large people in chalet (one key rules all :D) We played lot in basement - foosball, and pingpong.
