2025/2026 Opening Day at Blue Mountain Resort
Opening Day at Blue Mountain Resort arrived with all the energy and excitement we’ve been waiting for - and it did not disappoint. With 3 lifts spinning and 5 runs open right out of the gate, skiers and riders wasted no time getting their legs back under them. The iconic Silver Bullet was in full swing, welcoming eager early-season shredders with smooth laps and big smiles.
Adding to the vibes, a Red Bull DJ kept the base area buzzing all day long - complete with free Red Bulls to keep everyone charged up. For the park rats, the opening-day terrain park delivered a solid start to the season, offering 7 features to play on and plenty of chances to shake off the preseason rust.
But the real excitement came after opening day: the mountain received 15 cm of fresh snow overnight, setting up dreamy conditions and allowing the resort to open even more terrain. With 30 cm of snow over the last two days, the mountain has been expanding fast, offering fresh lines and new zones daily.

Southern Comfort fired up and started turning on Wednesday, adding another key lift to the mix, and Valley Express is set to open this Friday - just in time to move people around the mountain even faster. And the best part? Night skiing begins tonight, marking the true start of the long winter rhythm at Blue.
